Return to Sport Testing

Return to Sport Tests are used to help ensure our athletes can return to their sport safely. At the Ottawa Orthopaedic Centre we complete these tests using the latest and most accurate technology.

By using Vald Force Decks force plates and Vald Dynamo Strength testing system we can collect detailed information about your strength, power, balance, asymmetry, and movement. It also compares your results to population averages.

The information collected using this state of the art technology helps ensure we correct any imbalances, optimize athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury as our clients return to the activities they love.
